Traditional Worship at First Methodist Church Corsicana

Our Traditional Worship Services offer a sacred and reverent experience, blending timeless hymns, scripture-based teachings, and rich musical expressions to create a meaningful space for spiritual reflection and connection.

When & Where:

  • Sundays at 8:30 AM and 10:50 AM

  • First Methodist Church Corsicana – Sanctuary

  • Located in Corsicana, Texas, in Navarro County

  • Both services are also streamed live on Facebook for those unable to attend in person.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Time-Honored Hymns: Led by Cindy Harrison, our talented Sanctuary Choir and skilled musicians bring traditional hymns to life with the beautiful sounds of the organ and piano, creating an atmosphere of worship and reverence.

  • Scripture-Based Teaching: Rev. Jay Fraze delivers biblically rooted sermons that offer spiritual insight, encouragement, and guidance for daily living.

  • Liturgical Elements: The service often includes responsive readings, prayers, and affirmations of faith, drawing from historic Christian traditions.

  • Choral & Instrumental Music: In addition to congregational singing, you’ll experience inspiring performances by the Sanctuary Choir, occasional handbell ensembles, and special musical pieces.
